The system includes full traceability to the case and / or piece level (where applicable) for all raw materials, ingredients and finished products. The system handles both discreet and breakup processing models, with complete warehouse management and distribution. The system functions in real-time, using RF & RFID wireless technology to communicate with processing equipment, weigh scales, label printers and mobile handheld devices in order to increase productivity and improve food safety and quality.
